Our alarm goes off in the middle of the night ALL THE TIME. This has been happening for the entirety of the 6 months that we've been here. Can you imagine living like that?
Moved in early 2022 then owners of complex changed. Horrible parking so most people take 2 spots to fit in, packages stolen, gates usually open, homeless people wandering in as well
Switched my mailbox without letting me know. Haven’t had any mail access for two months now. USPS tells me my new mailbox is in another building and the office will not give me a key to my mailbox. To this day my mail is just sitting there. I probably have hundreds of dollars of late fees by now and I can’t do anything about it.
I'm relocating to Dallas and 75 W. was at the top of my list. I ended up taking a position that was a little further away but I will say that the staff is absolutely amazing! Very warm, very welcoming! I also liked the layout of the space. Id definitely move to this property if my job were closer.
