I usually don’t bother with reviews but I had do one for this property. I read the previous reviews and while I do Not discredit anyone’s experience I went to check them out for myself which is the best way to do it. I found that many of the reviews were about things not being done by the previous management group in my opinion but I am now new resident and found the staff very pleasant and very helpful. I moved here from out of state and did not know a lot about how Texas works and they led me through the process with ease.... read more
My leasing agent LaNiece King made my moving experience perfect, her communication was good and she took care everything i needed for me.
Hello i went to view the apartment last week and was skeptical because of the location but Ms Laniece king made me feel very welcomed comfortable.. the day i moved in was a mess because i used the wrong address to move in but Ms king was very polite and patient with me even tho she was off and it was greatly appreciated.. i love my apartment
It is with great disappointment that I must express my displeasure with the office staff at 75 West. Their rude and indifferent attitude towards potential residents is deplorable, and has resulted in my worst experience yet in searching for a new place to live. I firmly believe that if the office staff were to be removed, this establishment would see a significant increase in leased units.
