FRAUD Alert - Wish I could give this building zero stars. We recently moved out after living here for a year and they are trying to charge me $1100 in move out damages! Quite a coincidence that my move-in deposit amount was $1000. Since the building was sold in January 2022, everything fell apart including all amenities with the new management in place. RecommendedThe tour was really good and Philicia was incredible.
If it isn’t leasing related the office doesn’t care. Customer service is laughable at best. Maintenance staff is great but the office staff act as if they’re being inconvenienced anytime you contact them. So glad I moved out. Too many newer options in downtown right now.
