These apartments are incredibly special! 747 sits right in between the legendary street Massachusetts avenue and the bottleworks district. There is always something new to find and everything is walkable. Sky is the property manager and he is incredibly helpful throughout the move in process and continues to provide fast and helpful communication. I would recommend these apartments to anyone!
747 is just about living. No amenities onsite but the private parking option and the size of the units you can’t beat. Bottlesworks right out front and all the bars and restaurants makes this location ideal. Leasing gave all information needed from rent to additional fees which makes it easy to budget. Currently no studios available which is what i am looking for
747 is in such a prime location! Toured with Alexis who was informative and had everything ready for our tour. We tried to stop by on a Saturday but they are closed on the weekends. We did learn that their office is not located on-site but they are one call away. Alexis made scheduling a tour simple. Im hoping there will be a studio unit coming available in June.
Inquired about a 2BR tour several times and was left hanging with vague responses- carelessly ignored. I expect more professionalism from a "luxury' establishment. If this is how they treat individuals before signing, how will they treat them after? First impressions always set the tone..
Wish 747 was in my budget cuz the location is prime. Nolan has several apartments within 10 minutes from each other and i toured 2. I’m not looking to move until April and want a studio. I was able to schedule a tour with Alexis. She informed me there wasn’t a studio vacant but she would be happy to show me a 2bedroom vacant to get a feel for what the units look like.
