I recently had a frustrating encounter with this apartment complex. When I contacted Alex to set up a tour for my executive and gather more information, she informed me that no tours or virtual options were available. Despite my request to view amenities, she insisted there were none and discouraged an in-person meeting. I have spent over an hour attempting to contact someone at this property, including sister properties. There is no feasible way to speak to someone on the premises. Absolutely waste of time.
"I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received during my recent inquiry about available units at your property. On this property , I spoke with Leasing Agent Alexis, seeking general information on the pricing range for studio and one-bedroom apartments. Unfortunately, I found Agent Alexis to be unhelpful and unfriendly. This is a wonderful location ,Very manicured and well Kept and with in walking distance of everything.
I thank this apartment is beautiful I would loved to live in one of these everything is perfect
