Great place to call home, your neighbors are respectful and keep to themselves. Manager of the bldg Dinorah is great as well as the management team. It’s close to schools and shops in walking distance. I Love the bldg.

incredible customer service and clean property!
I love this apartment complex! Everything is clean, luxurious and beautiful. The onsite manager, Dinorah, is so helpful. She makes sure all maintenance concerns are taken care of immediately and keeps the building extra clean!
Dinorah, the property manager consistently went above and beyond and each interaction i had with her was always kind, cordial, pleasant, and effective. I can say without a doubt a large portion of my positive experience while staying at 744 mariposa had to do with her availability, responsiveness, and professionalism. People like her are the ones you want to highlight in order to set an ideal standard of excellence, community, and service. I believe her performance warrants a position of leadership for sure.
