RecommendedFantastic experience for myself and my kids (6 and 3 years old). Absolutely everyone in the office was friendly, helpful, and beyond kind. Karina got my 3 year old to cooperate better than I had imagined and Dr. Yin made both kids smile and laugh throughout their appointments. Denis knows his stuff when picking frames and Athena kindly brought my kids to see their office turtle while I finished paying. I can’t say enough positive things about 730 North. Thank you!
I traveled from out of town and forgot to pack contact lenses, my regular big box Optical local branch was not able to help as the Astigmatism prescription that I need must be ordered/shipped and not stocked BUT… 730 North Optometry was so kind and offered to give me a box of trials and saved the day!!! Their staff was so helpful and quick to respond, I picked up spare trial lenses in minutes! They didn’t even ask for payment, they are such are miracle workers!! Super sweet… See more
Eye doctor was very good and pleasant but knowing my history, they knowingly performed test that would normally be done by my glaucoma specialist. Neither doctor nor the staff out front would listen to my concerns regarding the lenses and had to change the lenses in my new frames 3 times before getting it right (nearly). Upon receiving the proper lenses/frames they now mention a “balance due” for the difference between the first and third set of lenses… $345! (Additional!) I… See more
