Not only are they responsive to the customer, but very honest and thorough with their explanation. Additionally, their years in the trade shows with their level of knowledge. I can't recommend 72 Tree enough to handle all jobs. And specifically if you have dangerous trees, don't call anyone else. Make 72 Tree your first and last call.

JD's company 72 Tree was a godsend when 4 trees came down on our house during a fast storm! JD arrived here within minutes and was able to access the damages and called in the experts to work on the damage all Saturday night until 2 AM Sunday morning! It was a well organized, trained and experience crew who took care of every detail! I would highly recommend JD & 72 Tree company!
Cannot say enough good things about the work done by 72 Tree and JD. Work was completed same day I called and he spoke with my insurance company to help get my claimed covered! Will definitely recommend to friends and family!
72 Tree is incredible! The owner has been here since 7am (for an 8am appointment, but he started measuring and making estimates before I even got up), had a crane and a team here at 11am, and by 1pm had me call the electric company to tell them to come reconnect the power! He has also asked me to redirect the insurance company to him and assured me he will make sure they get the info they need. So grateful and impressed! JD himself came out and gave my wife honest and professional consultation on planting trees in our backyard. Communication is key to us and JD was very professional, contacting us before and after the consultation and following up. Great consultation with JD. If there were 100 Stars, 72 TS&L would have them! JD went above and beyond his job to help our family in an urgent situation. From the time I called until the major job was done was less than 24 hours. JD was available and responsive and helped me navigate through filing a claim to complete the job. I will never use another tree company, no matter how large or small the job.
