I called several tree companies in Alpharetta before deciding who to use for pruning, and 72 Tree was on a completely different level. Matt took the time to walk the entire property with me and actually explained what he recommended for each individual tree — what needed to come out, what should stay, how much should be pruned, and how it would affect the tree long term. Excellence experience. Never knew a tree company could be so knowledge and professional. Workers were curious and quick to answer questions. They cut some dead trees, removed overgrown shrubs and cleared debris. Looked so good he got another job next door to do the same. Try them you will not regret the experience.
We called in to get an honest review of what we needed done for our trees and that’s what we got! Thankfully we are good now but we will be calling these guys back once we need some pruning done.

Matt responded to our initial call in a very timely manner, stopped by our house within 24 hours of our call, and provided a detailed estimate the same day. He was proactive with communication, especially when weather delayed our initial service date. His team was professional and did a great job delivering exactly what we had requested and even going above and beyond to ensure we were fully satisfied. I highly recommend 72 Tree and will be using them again in the future!
