Nathan who says he is the owner came out. Customer service is beyond awful. I have a warranty through choice warranty. He stated he was going to code it so that certain parts of the service would be covered but that we would have to pay anything over. My father who had the same issue with his AC unit and has the same coverage with Choice Warranty had his completely covered. Have made several attempts to get a copy of the invoice. Should be a simple process to get a write up of the work performed, but for some reason this is not able to be completed by this vendor. Kinda makes you wonder how good they are when they cannot even do the paperwork.

This is who installed my AC when i purchased my home, so not my choice and so not my choice in who i need to call to service this. They don't answer the service calls. Only one time did i get someone to answer this number so applauds to all of you who actually get someone to call you back. This was "supposed" to be a brand new AC system installed when i purchased the home and covered under a warranty with them as the people to call. I will finish this after they come out on thursday. Okay so these people came back out and said they found nothing wrong with my air conditioner but it kept leaking freon . So another company came out found the leak and had to replace a major part on the unit!! I would not recommend this company to anyone period!! Forgot to mention this was a new home brand new heat/air system and they were the one's that put it in!

Horrible customer service! I've scheduled three separate appts with this company. The first time we were scheduled from 8-12. The technician didn't show up in that time window and then called me at 2 to tell me he was on his way to the house. No one was home because we had only blocked off the first half of our day, so we had to reschedule. The second time we had a time window from 8-12 and my husband waited around until 1 when we had to reschedule because my he had to go to work. A third 8-12 time window was scheduled and w... read more
