OH MY GOODNESSS, I got my hair colored at this place and this is seriously a place you can’t beat! I got my hair done by Laura, and she is the absolute best! When I came in, I never expected my hair to look so good that I was in shock. I’ve been going to Blanca since 2020, and there is truly no one else I would trust with my hair. She is absolutely amazing at balayage and always delivers beautiful, natural results. Not only is she incredibly talented, but she’s also so sweet and genuinely cares about making sure your hair looks its best. I always leave feeling confident and happy with my hair. This review is specifically for Blanca, the owner of 714 Hair Salon. I paid $450 for a blonde color service, but the result was nothing like what I asked for. Two days later, I called Blanca to respectfully explain my concerns and see if we could reach a solution. Instead, she immediately became defensive and rude. During my appointment, the bleach dripped onto my eyebrows — a treatment I paid $150 for the day before — and they got burned. Her response? I stopped by this salon for a quick blowout, but Olivia completely messed it up—I walked out genuinely confused about what had just happened. She didn’t shampoo my hair properly, even though I came in with it in a ponytail and full of hairspray. She quickly applied some shampoo and quickly rinsed it off with cold water, and then conditioner, left it on for a few minutes, then rinsed it off with cold water again.
