I lived her for almost a year. I had 2 people move in because of me. There has been a change in management and the tenants are now just numbers. My apartment smells like marijuana and cigarettes because of other residents. The week before last one of my neighbors left a full bag of garbage in the hallway. The new manager openly yelled at me and threatened me with sending me a notice to vacate because I was told my rent would be less and now this company is trying to go back on there word. I had lived in my Townhome in Eden Prairie for 12 years & I loved it. Then I came to a friend's open house @ 71 France & knew it was time to move. I have a one bedroom plus den loft on the 6th floor facing the promenade. The view takes my breath away every day! I have a private deck with a gas grill on the rooftop! I was a previous spacious home owner and moving to 71 France was a very big change for me. I cannot even begin to tell you how happy I am, in my perfect sized apartment. Ashely one of the managers on staff is the absolute best!!! She will help/do anything to make your living experience enjoyable and seamless. This entire building is like a large family...has the mentality of "everyone knows your name". LOVE MY HOME!
Like Chad, this is close to my first anniversary of living at 71 France. I have found the staff to be very caring and tending to any and all needs that I have brought forth. While no living environment is ever perfect the one here goes a long ways in meeting one's need of having the best that is available in the metro area. I have and will continue to recommend 71France to my friends.
This is my one year anniversary living here and I can't imagine a better place to be. The staff is amazing, always treating you with smiles and warm hearts. They take the time and compassion to make you feel at home. The property is beautiful and the location couldn't be better. Your back yard is Centennial Park, Lunds is a few short steps away and so much more within walking distance. They have absolutely no compassion or care about their tenants. They towed our cars (yes the people who are living in the building) because the lot designated to the retail. The retail is still completely empty! While allowing the workers from across the street to park there. Did not sleep all night due to noises, and paid $260 to get my car back. It was a trap with 24 hours’ notice. Buyers be aware… DO NOT choose this place to call HOME. A lot of miss leading information from the beginning.
Awesome place and facilities. Neighbors are friendly and the staff are super helpful and professional. I am so happy to call this place HOME!
