RecommendedI love 71 France because my apartment feels like home. I feel very safe here. I love to get up every morning and go get my delicious coffee in the party room. I usually run into a resident and chat for a while. There is always someone around to talk to. I love that I’m on the Centennial lakes walking path. I really don’t need a car. All my favorite grocery stores are right outside my door. I call Byerlys my extended pantry. I never run out on anything. Love walking to the Galleria and Southdale. It’s the best

Extremely poor management -- the manager of the building is TERRIBLE to work with. She enjoys making tenants lives miserable. After your lease is up you will pay considerably more than the rate they give to you to move in (My rent went up $400 after 8 months due to "market value"). Buildings are extremely dirty -- no caretakers at any of the buildings. Sad to see a once good community become so run down and poorly managed.
used to be a great place to live. new management four months ago has made it a terrible and hostile environment. STAY AWAY.
My boyfriend and I moved in here earlier this year. Management has been great, and we absolutely love living here. We plan to stay here for a few years, and so far it's been great! Highly recommend for those that want a clean, quiet, and friendly environment.

Our family of 5 plus pup absolutely loved living at 71 France. The property and units are stunning and high quality-does NOT feel like an apartment at all. The location is fantastic with great areas for pets. It's a friendly community, and the office has excellent and quick customer service. Only moving closer to school made us leave! Such a wonderful home.
