Warning to New Residents Think carefully before signing a new lease here. There is a noticeable dog-waste smell around the property, and in the mornings there can also be a strong chemical/industrial odor from the building’s cleaning. The combination can be very unpleasant. The biggest issue, however, is the noise. There is a constant 24/7 humming or mechanical noise coming from the 7th-floor area. Maintenance not great. I've decided to move out. Can't tolerate the noise from mechanical HVAC or fan. Yes I'm a resident here, find me in directory. Not sending anymore emails or service request.

The entire building smells of tobacco and marijuana, as others have already mentioned. You can even smell it inside your living room and bedroom because many residents smoke in their units and on their balconies. Since the building uses a central ventilation system, the smoke is carried directly into other apartments. I have sent numerous emails to management regarding my downstairs neighbour, who regularly smokes in their unit and on their balcony.
