Don't rent here! They increase your rent every year. The entire building reeks of tobacco and weed. Ants will be apart of your apartment as well no matter how many traps you put out. Right now they are trying to raise the rent by 38%! Parking is $200 a month. No air conditioning , nothings included. People let their dogs pee in the front entrances. Washers & dryers are continually broken. For the price you can rent a brand new clean condo downtown. Renters beware.
