See images attached of their maintenance work. Completed work order for water damage was completed according to them I'd give 0 stars if I could. A month ago today October 8th 2025 their contractor decided to pour water on the floor above my unit and the water leaked down and damaged my unit, the building mangers were in my unit as water dripped down my walls and they promised to clean it up asap.
