!!PLEASE READ!! These apartments get constantly hit by burglars and the head office will do NOTHING about it. They will NOT compensate! Please reconsider living in this place until this gets resolved. Bicycles, Lockers and Cars alike are targeted! ((UPDATE)) Cameras have been placed, we can only hope they help the situation and put a stop to the crime. Entrance locks have also been changed to key cards.
I worked with Aya for B-105. The advert for this unit never stated B-105. Also, Aya never mentioned that this was a basement unit, when we did the video tour together. She stated main-level was 200 - wouldn’t you think 100 is main-level? For $2,399 - the max rental payment should be $2,100 for a unit in the basement. If I had known this was a basement unit, I would have passed and found a unit above-ground for the same or similar price.
