If I could give zero stars I would. Nothing about this place is luxury. I lived here for 5 years. Not because I loved it, but because moving was too difficult during the time. My lease was coming to an end and I told the management staff that I was possibly was moving out of state because of a work promotion. They advised me to just keep them in the loop. I did. Believe the negative reviews, 700 Acqua IS NOT LUXURY and YOU WILL LOSE YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT. When you move out YOU HAVE TO PAY for professional cleaning, carpet cleaning and painting. Something that accordind to VA law is their responsibility, but they will find a way to steal your money. You will not be granted paint from maintenace if you need it to do touch ups, the maintenance manager forbids it. So you either buy it or they'll charge you for painting the apartment. I lived here for 2 years. Do not move here. Management sucks. Floors and walls are so thin. I sometimes would hear my neighbors snore, or hear their alarms go off. My friend is currently living here and when I visit I can hear the upstairs neighbor walking (nothing you can control) except our neighbor under us didn’t understand apartment living, and would complain about noise when I’d walk/drop stuff in my own apartment. Currently in TLF looking for housing and this was at the top of the recommended list that the housing office gives military members. I was checking this place out and was digging it but after reading the reviews about how they’re “getting” military members by charging move-out cleaning fees and carpet fees totaling over 2,000 dollars even on people who haven’t had any spills or dirt/damage and only lived there a year with no spouse or kids, I’ll pass. You’re not getting me!
