Living at 70 Spadina was so much stress and anxiety. Cockroaches... everywhere, on my kitchen counter, on the stove, on the walls, in my shower, IN MY BED.... IN THE HALLWAY...the issue was just never resolved, endless spraying that did not fix anything constant NOISE.. from the street, as the windows have zero noise protection, and have cracks. Constant water leak and pipe issues too. Other neighbours smoke pot and cigarettes, which is clearly permitted, on the balconies etc... some tenants are noisy as well and very sketch... read more

I just finished a one-year lease here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a solid, affordable place. The apartment itself was great and spotless upon move-in. The building might not have a ton of amenities, but the price makes it completely worth it. The highlight of our time here was definitely Nima, the superintendent. He is incredibly reliable, always quick to respond to messages, and genuinely happy to help with any issues that popped up.
The location of 70 Spadina, is what spoke to me, it’s literally above Spadina Station. The area is very safe. You will find everything nearby. The management is very responsive and prompt with dealing with issues. Special shoutout to Mr. Nima and Gabi. The whole apartment is pretty quiet and neighbours are friendly. The unit also has a small fitness and recreational room. Casa Loma, Yorkville, UofT etc is just few minutes away.
