Went to view an apartment and the receptionist gave my ID to someone. Total incompetence, rooms smelled like cigarettes. Much better options.
Building amenities are reliable, and management is generally responsive. Overall, a comfortable place to live with an unbeatable location.
We cannot thank Stephanie enough for helping us throughout the lease/move-in process. She could not have been more kind, patient and understanding while helping us make this transition! We are so looking forward to 70 Greene. We highly recommend her, She is the Best!!
It’s bad enough that the services in the building don’t work. Elevators always out, power systems failing, water being turned off without any notice and countless other issues. The fact that the “team” doesn’t reply to emails or complaints is laughable, especially considering the rate we pay. No wonder so many people are moving out of the building.
