Extremely frustrating leasing experience. Communication from the leasing office was unprofessional and inconsistent, and I was repeatedly told I’d get an update “by the end of the day” or “the next day” with no actual follow-through. The entire leasing process felt disorganized and disrespectful of people’s time. I would not recommend leasing through this office based on my experience
Update: They signed for and then lost a very expensive package of mine. They’ve spent days “looking for it” with no success. After talking to multiple residents this has been happening frequently, to many people. Packages are getting mislabeled and/or disappearing. Horrible building, poorly run. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Notice how the ONLY positive reviews are about the front desk staff - never the quality of living. Believe the awful reviews and stay far far away. Like a fellow resident said in another recent review; the price increases are massive, while the quality of living continues to decrease on a weekly basis. For the cost of rent in this building, there are MANY other luxury buildings available with larger floor plans, working amenities, nicer facilities and an overall better quality... read more
