Excelente lugar para vivir y residir. Nos mudamos desde argentina y nos encantó no solo el edificio sino la zona y su accesibilidad.
This is a great place to live if you want to have long lines for malfunctioning elevators, massive floods every year that causes floors and walls to be ripped out, and and an AC system that’s on its last leg, causing frequent outages. This place is barely operating and Equity should be hanging its head in shame. We moved out after our apartment flooded twice in 2 years. They even charged us for repainting the apartment. STAY AWAY and SAVE YOURSELF the money and the stress of living in an unsafe building.
Living here has been an “ongoing” nightmare. We haven’t been compensated for lack of “amenities”such as water and elevator service in a so called luxury building. In our two and a half months of moving in , we have faced the following: 1. Air conditioning outage for 2 days during a heatwave 2. Three water disruptions. Having no water in our apartment with very minimal notice. This has been the worst experience. We were informed half an hour prior today that the water service would be interrupted due to plumbing.
