This apartment is really good. All amenities are very near to this apartment
Summary: - Frequent elevator outages → often only 2 elevators for 49 floors, long waits during peak hours - Recurring water issues → shutoffs, leaks, and apartment water intrusions - 86 total days without proper HVAC (including 50 days without heat) - Poor management communication → had to follow up in person for updates - “Luxury” amenities are restricted and not fully accessible - Not worth the price for the level of reliability and service I lived here for two years and unfortunately wouldn’t recommend it.
