Living here has been extremely frustrating. The elevators are constantly broken, the AC has gone out multiple times, the bathrooms don’t have ventilation, floods and leaks causing WiFi outages. On top of that, management seems to nickel and dime residents for everything. For example, since our move-out date falls on a weekend, we’re required to pay just to reserve the elevator to move our things. I am writing after the second floods of our apartment under one month of moving in. First, our neighbor burnt down her apartment. Second, to put out the fire, they flooded ours, with many others. Third, they repaired water damaged walls for our unit and floors for other units. Fourth, they flooded our apartment again when demolishing our neighbor's unit. This is the worst managed building I have ever lived in. On a monthly basis, there are recurring issues with broken elevators, water outage, no electricity for days, shutdown amenities, broken pipes leading to flooding. Before I moved in, I thought those were isolated incidents and it wouldn’t happen to me. But now I regret taking my chances. I only live here because im too lazy to move out and don't leave my house during the daytime. Expect the elevators to add 10 minutes to your commute, expect air conditioning and water outages, and expect your apartment to flood if you're unlucky. The concierges are chill tho

Excelente lugar para vivir y residir. Nos mudamos desde argentina y nos encantó no solo el edificio sino la zona y su accesibilidad.
