Am the owner operator, but guys, if you ever get brok down along I -79 , 70, 68, I fully recommend you this shop they are best mechanic with better prices i haven't seen for while . Patrick, the owner he is master and Guinness man when it comes to a semi truck of all kinds. He got me in and worked on my truck, which had electric issues where i called everyone around. I couldn't figure it out, but he came in my truck and found issues right away and fixed, and i got back on the road someday
This is an unusual review. You see my gas powered 40ft RV was towed to 7west by AAA in April. Patrick looked it over in the morning and confirmed the bad news, blown engine. He made sure my wife and I felt it was safe and secure enough to pack up what we needed at travel the rest of the way home to Canada. The RV stayed behind. Patrick explained that we could store the RV while we made arrangements to have it fixed, his shop just wasn't set up for that type of repair. (Gas engine in a 40ft bus) He was great. I cannot say enough good things about this company. We got into a bind with one of our trucks, that no one else in town could figure out how to fix. We took it here and they were very knowledgeable, very quick and very affordable. If you have a diesel, this is the place to go!
Had a great experience getting work on my Motorhome done, and Patrick was great to hear I was going away, not tear it apart when I needed it, and then scheduled the work for when I was back. The work was completed in a timely fashion, and they were very professional and honest. I will be back.
This place is the most honest and upfront road service. I have ever dealt with. The gentleman guided me through the process of what needed to be done to our truck instead of racking up a 10,000 bill. I will always call them if my trucks have issues in his area. 100% best I have ever called.
