I arrived on the day of check-in, but there was literally no one to assist us. The only thing available was a note instructing us to check in ourselves using a provided link—which didn’t work. We stayed in a Standard room, and it was quite good for the price, especially considering the location. The hotel also has a common area with a microwave, coffee, cutlery, and other essentials available for guests. Rest Haven is a purely service-based hotel, meaning there is no front desk or direct phone support. I attempted to call in advance to check in early, but there was no way to reach them. Loved it. Definitely coming back.
None of their websites or numbers in the communications they send you work. You can't pre check in. I got an automated email eventually with pin code to common room and room they have no business office on site. Besides that it was in a good location and room was clean and warm.
