The apartments are filthy, they don't clean them properly at turn over and produce cleaning receipts that seem fishy when called out on it. If you put in a service request, they enter unannounced without permission. There are fights between tennants almost daily. There was a shooting out front the first week we moved in. They lie to get you to move in. JUST.DONT.DO.IT!!!! I have pictures if you need proof.
