Can't wait to win the rib rack ! We have only been there the one time and i would recommend to anyone! If We have or of town guests come visit Chillicothe... We will be taking them to have a wonderful delicious (& filling) dinner. ThnXz
Twice now for 3 weeks, I ordered burnt ends and again, they didn't have them. Last time I came in around 1:30pm, no burnt ends, yesterday was in at 11:15am, no burnt ends. So when do you have burnt ends at a smokehouse joint! Maybe you should add that burnt ends are NOT ALWAYS available.

Trisha, I apologize for not always being able to have them on hand. unfortunately there is only a relatively small part of each brisket that we can use for the Candied Burnt Ends. A brisket is made up of 3 parts. The flat, the point and the deckle, which is a small flap on top of the point. The deckle is what is used for the CBE's. So for example we smoked about 70 lbs of brisket last night. However, the deckles will only yield about 3-4 lbs of the CBE's which will go quickly. I won a free 1/2 rack of ribs from 7 Miles Smokehouse through facebook. We went in to redeem it tonight. I am not a big food picture taker....but this food was amazing and their prices great! We will definitely be back!
