Had dinner there last and it was amazing, the prime rib was perfect. I have always enjoyed their food but now is my favorite place to get prime rib.

I ordered loaded fries with burnt ends. When I got home, they weren’t loaded at all. They left the jalapeño slices off it. Major disappointment!!

I apologize for the mix up. First, the kitchen staff should have prepared it correctly. Second, the server should have checked the order. However, the server just started and probably did not know when she checked it.
Yesterday 6-7-2018 was our first time ever eating here, really great food! I had the pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw and it was great.
Piss poor management. Last 5 times I’ve been in, didn’t have the food I was looking to order. Management needs to a better job at everything. Catering is less important than your face to face interactions with customers in YOUR restaurant. Please learn how to manage a restaurant

Not sure I follow but because we don’t use a gas chambered smoker, so we can’t get finished large cuts done in 5-6 hours, the goal is to run out. However, typically we only run out of candied burnt ends, and ribs and on occasion pork and brisket. We do our best to gauge demand, but sometimes we do miss.
Great food, good prices, friendly people and I got a lot of good info on smoking a brisket at home.
