the 7 leaves app sucks, and you guys should update your info online. i wanted to redeem some points, but i ended up having to go through the drive-thru three times. the first time, they told us that you can only redeem your points in the app. keep in mind the website says you can use it in-store or online; i looked it up after and someone else said they were denied using points in-person with a cashier. that’s fine and all but it should be made clear on the app. we left the drive-thru to use the app despite the incorrect inf... read more
