My review has nothing to do with service, people who work here have always been nice and hard working. The problem with this place is how sugary the drinks are. If you look at their website you can see the nutrition info for each drink and one of the matcha drinks said 34 grams of sugar! That's crazy. I tried this place a few years ago hoping that would change but it hasn't. I got a matcha latte which I asked for no extra sweetener apart from what's in the matcha mix already, but all I tasted was a sugar bomb. Very disappoin... read more
Service can take a while and they aren't too kind to customers, but it's expected I guess Drinks are okay. It's mostly a good study/work environment
Unfortunately, the strawberry hibiscus tea is not worth it. I don't know why they sell this drink so overpriced.
