On August 31st at around 9:30 PM, I visited your location and ordered a Passion Fruit and a Brazilian Lemonade. When placing my order, I specifically requested easy ice for both drinks. However, when I received them, one cup was about 65% ice and the other was about 40% ice. When I pointed this out to the staff member, she simply responded that “this is how we do easy ice.” That explanation was unacceptable. 7 leaves is my favorite boba spot in San Jose. I love it due to its rich flavor in their Thai tea. My go to order is a Thai tea, light ice, with their subtle yet sweet honey boba. All their ingredients taste fresh and natural and their app is very convenient if you go there often. I truly can’t find a Thai tea like it and wish I knew the recipe!
