Today was my first time at 7leaves tea. As soon as I walked in, a very friendly gentleman greets me at the cashier. I'm so indecisive so I sat down to the side and placed my order online through my phone. After a few minutes of waiting, I realized my order was not ready and to my surprise I had placed my order at another 7leaves location. Ordered a mung bean tea (one of my favorites, super delicious), but unfortunately the lid wasnt sealed properly and I spilled quite a bit in my car and on myself :(
Can’t believe I’m leaving a bad review as I don’t ever leave reviews anywhere unless it’s for something good. I don’t usually run into issues with people as I am kind and friendly but yesterday had to of been the worst experience I’ve ever had in customer service. Ambiance was phenomenal, the place looks super clean comfortable and inviting… Until you deal with who’s behind the register.
