The service always feels warm and genuine.
I ordered the Vietnamese coffee and there was way too much ice. Over half of the cup was filled with ice so you get less coffee. If you visit the store, I suggest you ask for less ice. On a side note, the gal who took my order was very nice and friendly.
Staff are attentive, polite and nice. I think some of them are just like quiet/shy Asians, but mistaken as rude in some reviews. I like their menus, both drinks and bakery items, with variety. Drinks are interesting, not just like a typical boba tea shop. I like the ube croissants and cookies, pandan mochi, and the jasmine tea sea foam a lot. The store is spacious, nice and clean.
