I was a tenant for 2 years at a property managed by 7 Hills, they were professional and attentive to all my needs. Any service requests were handled fast and by friendly employees. The online portal to pay monthly rent and place maintenance requests was convenient and easy to use. I would rent through them again.
I have had multiple maintenance requests say they were completed when they were not. Mainly security issues. The maintenance crew has never properly maintained the grounds with reference to snow. They have also been very rude when I call about my maintenance requests saying that I make too many even though I am only remaking them after they have been said to be completed and haven't actually been completed. They don't even deserve one star. They are the worst property management company I have ever dealt with.

This is review is very misleading. This tenant has been upset ever since he was locked out after hours and was told he was going to be charged for an evening lock out, or that he needed to call a locksmith. Ever since then, he has called almost daily with complaints. Our company does not take work orders over the phone. If he called with a maintenance request, he would have been instructed to create a work order online. We keep a paper trail for all of our maintenance requests. This company has broken the terms of its lease, zero communication from the property managers after the end of our lease, over a month of unanswered emails, texts, and phone calls. 30 days after the termination of lease tenants are entitled to a security deposit or itemized bill of deductions from security deposit. I have had no luck getting either from this company.
