I changed insurance plans and didnt have dental insurance anymore, so I called a few places shopping around for cash prices. I called 7 Day Dental Smiles and they told me for the initial visit with exam, cleaning, and x-rays it would cost $230. I booked an appointment for 1-2 months out. The day before my appointment, I called them to double check the price. I told the gal who answered that I was bringing cash and wanted to bring exact change. The beautiful thing about recording our calls for quality assurance is that we are able to listen to them for....quality assurance. We clearly stated to ***** on a recorded line that an exam and the xrays (what was asked for) would be $228. If we wanted to add a same day cleaning in there it would be $303. ***** chose to have a full exam, xrays, AND a cleaning. Alas, 303 is EXACTLY what was charged and paid. no stars for this place the dentist I don't know his name but curly hair is all I can remember I am still in a lot of pain I must tell you but he couldn't pull my tooth but that's fine it was to infected but no pain meds nothing like that he numbed me and that lasted one hour is all and I thought I was going to go mad. it hurts so bad the meds to take the infection away still haven't taken the pain away and it hurts so bad I've had all my teeth pulled but these two left and I've never had my face swell up this much from gett... read more
My dentist decided to tell me that I had cancerous spots on my tongue and that I need to see an oral surgeon before he could treat me. I was by myself this day and had to drive home an hour by myself. This facility and myself are lucky that I did not drive my car into a tree that day. Turned out to be another auto-immune disease added to my list of many. But for two weeks while waiting to see the oral surgeon I lived in fear. Had a tooth extracted today that was in really bad shape. Saw Dr Greene today, and her amazing technician . Although dental work for me is difficult with anxiety this office is the best. Very professional, calming and caring. They listen to the patients needs. I trust them with my care. I get to see Dr Burnham next week, these ladies are the best. I would not go anywhere else for care.
I had a great experience at Seven Day. Everybody was very friendly and great at their job. Everything was done professionally and in a timely manner. Leslie was very helpful in helping set up my appointments and always very friendly. Could not be happier with my experience!
The whole group is amazing! From dental work to Botox for my migraines they have me covered! I so appreciate all you guys do! I recommend everyone go here
