Drinks are ok. Just theor drive through set up is terrible. They have no menu for when you pull in and they come and meet you at your car with no menu to look at. I know they are trying to do the Chick-fil-A drive through but add a menu to your iPad. Location is really hard to get to as well.
This is normally my favorite part of going out but today it was absolutely awful. The girl taking our order had terrible service skills got two of our drinks completely wrong and made us wait an unnecessary amount time bc she told us to pull up when we were the first car and said another girl would take our order only for her to end up coming back realizing she never told them to take our order. The actual people and coffee shop are great. They are always friendly, my coffee is anyways great, and it’s quick. Now CORPORATE that’s another story. I’ve emailed them several times and no one has responded to me. I have over 4000 reward points that I cannot use. I’ve messaged them on Facebook three separate times and they “fix” it every time but it still hasn’t been fixed. At this point I’m very disappointed and highly irritated because I come here everyday. This was our first time trying 7 brew. And I will I’m not satisfied.. the employees were very rude and had a attitude… we had asked for a flat lid for a kid cup and one of the workers go to the back and ask for a flat lid and one of the other managers I assume yelled at her and was like a flat lid? Now why would she ask for that and yelling like we obviously could hear her.. then they handed us a cup with the lid not on all the way… and it spilt all in the car turned out the cup was bent they obviously had to have known and ... read more
I went here to purchase something for someone else. The employees were really nice. Although they were very busy, they remained friendly and tried to be quick with the service. My friend loves their drinks, so that's why I visited them to get something for her.
