I’ve debated for weeks about posting anything because I LOVE my 7 Brew drinks. But after my recent experience…. That’s sealed the deal on making this review. I thought this particular employee. the coffee is incredibly amazing, can also get pupcups w/ dog treats(treats not always available however ☹️)
Good coffee, but I hate the passive aggressive dry begging. Kind of makes me uncomfortable.
I recently revisited 7 Brew, and honestly, I was pretty disappointed. When I was in Washington State—basically a coffee lover’s paradise—I became a big coffee enthusiast. I loved trying different coffee spots, and I was excited when I first found 7 Brew because they offered a military discount. This particular location always has an issue with my orders. The employees are not friendly and downright rude. I had my drinks pretty much shoved at me this morning. I had asked when I ordered for a drink carrier and then when my order came out, I asked for a drink carrier, and it was like a problem they had to grab one. I had 4 DRINKS!!! They took my payment and then another employee came out and stated it was cancelled- even though I tapped and it beeped.
