I asked for a large and received a medium, and when I told the lady who dropped off my drink got very upset and cursed as she walked away. As a Starbucks barista, I understand mess ups happen but would never take it out on a paying customer.

It is only a drive through to get your drinks, but the servers are very friendly and fun.
I’ve always have loved 7 brew but stopped going because the newer staff is not nice, I loved the atmosphere and attitude of all the employees but now it’s just not good, I confirmed it today. So sad, I love the coffee but can’t handle bad attitude.
