I absolutely love 7 brew but why is SS and Merle Hay sooo slow and they get our order wrong more times than they get it right. Need to learn from Ankeny!!

I love the coffee here staff is super fun and nice to talk to whenever you go by! The line can get a bit long and there isn't much shade while you wait.
Worst experience ever!! I came to the Merle Hay location. The vehicle before places no order but several of the staff members came to the vehicle window. They continued to stand around the car for 10 minutes in total while the cars behind me lined up and the car in front of me didn’t move because they were all talking. When I finally got to pull up to receive my order I asked for a manager they refused to let me talk to one.
