I have always held this site at a five-star but after the last few visits there is no way that is accurate anymore. I also recognize bad days happen but it's turned into a trend at this site. Franchise owners need to take notice and make changes quickly. Final straw was today when this sites store manager thought it was appropriate to park their car in the drive-thru lane with no respect to their customers.
