Waited at least 25 minutes for two drinks, employees didn’t act like they were hurrying or apologize at all. Drinks are always very good but management needs some work.
Holy smokes! I got a tropic thunder frozen chiller and it was amazing! I also love the staff and how they have music playing while you wait!
Terrible experience. The line was long and took forever. We finally got to the service window/area and our drinks were still not ready. We waited longer to receive flavorless drinks and cold coffee that was supposed to be a hot brew. 0/10 do not recommend.
I love how you can get anything
This location is close to where we go batting several nights a week. Unfortunately due to the pace and low quality products they provide, we’ve tried it on several different occasions to give them the benefit of the doubt, we generally skip going to this location and go out of our way to go somewhere else. Merle hay location should follow suit with the suburbs, they seem to be able to get it right.
