I recognize that I made a last minute change in milk type, which I tried to get the attention of the lady who took our order, and then I apologized to the one at the door/window several times. I felt awful about it, but then she was very rude to us, never smiled, didn’t greet us, or tell us to have a good day or anything. And then gave a really negative reaction to me saying the rest of the drink was fine. We frequent the one in Richmond, va, but will be avoiding the one in Lynchburg now when we are out this way.
Got 4 smoothies tasted like cough syrup had to wait as they served other that came after was not worth the wait waste of 30$ seemed like a hangout not a business
I love 7 Brew and have been coming by since opened and have spent a good amount of money with them lol , recently have noticed that the iced coffee has been over iced and has barely any coffee in it and it’s been feeling like a let down.
literally had the best interaction I’ve ever had at 7brew (shoutout Ryan who literally was the best) super kind , helpful , and hilarious
7 Brew is a genius concept. It's a bit tricky to order and it's advisable that you have their website up on your phone before you even pull into the drive-thru for not only viewing the menu options but also to apply their point based rewards and promos that makes their franchises cost effective. They desperately NEED AN APP! Why they don't have one with QR code links on the cups is a totally mystery.
