I frequent this location and I can say that the quality of the drinks and the service has decreased. I visited today and discovered that although the front of the building advertises pumpkin flavored drinks, they do not have pumpkin flavoring until September 1. I don’t understand why the building would so obnoxiously advertise pumpkin drinks when they do not have pumpkin flavoring until September. Everytime I come to this location I get half-filled drinks or drinks that are mostly ice even when I ask for light ice. Today I open my medium hot mocha and it was only filled 3/4 of the way. I have worked as a barista before I know these drinks only need to be filled with a little more milk so it's not like it would be wasting money for them. I never have this issue at the Candler's Mountain location so maybe some more training needs to be done here.
Love this 7 Brew! The drinks are always amazing, and the staff is always so friendly and quick. My favorite local spot! 🫶
This place seriously needs a better system in place for taking orders and keeping the drive-thru moving. Every single time I come here I end up waiting so long that I eventually have to leave.
