Update: according to the higher ups a neighbor has been putting the cones in the road. If that is the case why do the 7 brew staf collect the cones to stack against their building? They have also added a new addition to the cones. Making it harder to get around. Terrible staff. Terrible management. They are always putting cones out in the street to block and control traffic even though they have been told numerous times by police they are not allowed to do that. Love Ashley at this place! She always is so friendly and has amazing suggestions for drinks. One of my favorite workers!
Came in for Matcha for myself and Caramel Macchiato for my husband first thing in the morning the other day. Happy we started off the morning with amazing drinks as well welcoming service from Ashley. And atmosphere many cars with the same idea to get some coffee! There was no long wait time. Thankyou 7 brew looking forward to come again !
I've been to a couple locations of 7 Brews and in all cases the employees are very nice and excited, seem to like working for their company a pleasure to buy coffee from but the employees at the Lake Zurich location seem like they are miserable. Worst services, never ask for phone numbers asked for a receipt we can't give you a receipt, was told that if I did ask before ordering it wasn't available. Nothing. Everyone was horrible. Will be driving to other locations in the future.
