The Torani syrup is nasty and has an aftertaste. The barista made my drink so hot I couldn’t drink it right away. I also couldn’t taste the 3 shots I ordered in my drink. Please consider retraining your staff and switch your brands. Also waste of my money and time! Your staff was nice though! That’s the only good thing I can say about this place!

I am writing to formally express my concern regarding an unfortunate experience I had at one of your locations on July 9th, 2025, at approximately 6:34 AM. The monthly BOGO is not worth waiting in a long line. I waited 40 min just to end up paying full price. I was told that the 2 drinks had to be EXACT same all the way in order to do BOGO, although it was never an issue before. I ordered 3 total ( 2 large and 1 medium) But why tell me that if the other drink wasn't going to be made anyway? When it came time to pay, I was told I only ordered one and that I'd have to pay full price for another large drink.
