I like their service. The prices are better than that other chain.
The afternoon crew absolutely sucks if a customers drink isnt made right they’ll tell you it is and they won’t remake them for you! And they all have a bad attitude when u ask them to remake drinks for you. If a customer is always right, then you should make drinks for them so they taste right you shouldn’t have to go home and dump your drinks that you spend your hard earned money on
Honestly, was a bit hesitant going here because I love Starbucks. However, Alexa gave the best customer service and made the best drink I have ever had! I will now be only going here because of Alexa.
