Waiting 45 mins for a blonde that tasted like milk & ice is crazy… smh! Very poor customer service… the St Charles location is way better. The ladies there are prompt, kind and efficient! I HATE this location on N. Linbergh!! Throw the whole place away!! All the employees are rude and unprofessional. One girl came to my car and walked away because I needed time to unlock my debit card to make a payment. I’ve been in this line for almost an HOUR now. There is ONE poor girl doing both ordering for both lanes and making drinks while the other is doing something else ( idk what). For whatever it’s worth the girl doing EVERYTHING has a great attitude about it.
Both of the employees were super friendly!!! Love this location!! I will definitely be back!
Told them my drink was suppose to be a cinnamon role and not a sweet and salty and they basically said they cannot remake it because they heard sweet and salty when I literally didn’t say that cause that’s not what I get.
