Best location I’ve been to so far RiRi is amazing and so sweet !
I am a frequent customer here at this location but I’ve had to cut back because the manager Maddie never makes my drink right even after being fixed to company’s standards. I’ve had to go out and buy my own products to make it right even after buying the coffee Once again 9/20/26 - they didn’t even add the caramel at all.
The young lady who took my order was very nice and helpful with different mixes. She asked what I liked and didn't like.
Knowledgeable and friendly staff. I wasnt sure what new drink I wanted to try, so I asked her what pumpkin drinks and what apple drinks they had and what was in them.( there was no line, otherwise I would have just got my usual) she was quick to recite them and chit chatted about her fave of those. She smiled the whole time through the 100° heat.
