Great employee who took my order, super friendly and personable. Made my time in line even better & it wasn’t even a long time!
It was POURING down rain. POURING to where the iPads were not working due to the water. I asked the “waitress” if I could please order under the awning. She agreed. The “waitress” did not have an umbrella or anything. 1) she had no protection and was soaking 2) no protection for the costumer - so I’m getting poured on as well lol. Terrible customer service. We were waiting in line and she skipped us to take orders from people who came after us. Then she was about to skip us AGAIN until I told her we were there first. Her response? Just “oops.” No apology, no professionalism, nothing. If you can’t even keep track of who was there first, you probably shouldn’t be taking orders. Absolutely ridiculous!
They need to get their traffic situation under control. They cannot keep sending people back thru that housing addition instead of routing it back to 135. Way way WAY to much traffic chaos just for coffee. They need to come up with a better traffic control plan.
