If staff are going to pet animals while working, they should at least wash their hands before handling customers’ drinks. It shouldn’t have to be something a customer needs to point out. When I mentioned it, the employee seemed to have an attitude about it, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. Proper hygiene is important, especially when preparing drinks for customers.
This is my new favorite place for a quick fun drink!! They have delicious energy drinks, slushes, and shakes! And, the line moves super fast even when they are busy, and the staff is always so extremely happy and friendly!!
So when you pull up you immediately think OH NO I will be here forever. Well get ready because they have this down to an art. They have people who walk to your car (super nice people) and take your order then you pay. Then you still think .. I’m 20 cars back and there are 2 lanes .. but wait. In less than 5 min we were brought our coffee and gone. Talk about efficiency!!! They have it! And the coffee was exactly as we ordered and the prices are unbelievable!
Great coffee option. My only complaint is the music is too loud. Makes it hard to hear the employees over it.
