Charged me for something they were out of and couldn't give me a refund, gave me a card instead that only covers a medium drink and not the large that was ordered plus a tip.

Went on Bogo day and was expecting a long wait but no they were fast and friendly. Mimi was absolutely amazing. Accidentally ordered the wrong drink and she fixed it without an issue. So thank you Mimi for being so nice!
