They’re deleting 1 star reviews. I posted Sunday because their employees intentionally made my drink wrong. I ordered a strawberry matcha, the other emplies were laughing when she brought my drinks. I was given an entire cup of strawberry milk with a shot of CINNAMON in it. This could have killed someone and made the entire drink inedible. I obviously didn’t ask it to be re made as they would have probably put something even more gross in my drink.
I had a disappointing experience at Seven Brew. The service was unprofessional from the start. The employee helping me walked away mid-interaction to yell at another staff member, which felt uncomfortable and inappropriate. I ordered a brew frost cream on top, but it was made with cold foam instead. When I politely asked for it to be corrected, the employee responded rudely and simply poured cream over the existing cold foam rather than remaking the drink properly.
