I recently went to the 7 brew next to the BJ’s on Palm Bay Road and I was greeted by a girl named Bella who treated me with no enthusiasm or urge to talk. I also sat there for a long time at the second lane and after about 5-7 minutes she came out. I looked inside and she was just staring, doing nothing. There was another experience where I was also in the second lane and I heard her basically begging for reviews, as I see, she has gotten them. But beware because she seemed really fake towards those customers!
Bella is amazing! She has spot-on drink suggestions and always has such a great attitude when working with customers. I’ll definitely be coming back
I go to the stand location every day, twice a day and they are the best! I love all the employees they’re so sweet to me and my kids when I come with them. I see a lot of reviews about drink complaints and one thing about this stand is if I don’t love my drink, I can go back and they are so willing to fix it and quick to fix it!
Bella was so sweet she also made sure I was happy with my drink. I was trying something new and she wanted to make sure I was happy with it. Thank you Bella and that's why I like coming here when I can.
Bella was absolutely amazing!!! Brightened my day from the start with her great attitude on a hot Friday morning!! Love it!!
