Music is louder than I like but I'm sensitive to loud sounds. At first the customer service was perfect but lately it hasn't been great and I'm all about customer service. Have went here quite a few times within the last month. I order the 7 fizz and once I found the right flavor combination I love the drink. My husband is a coffee drinker and has tried a few variations, once he found the one he liked every time he orders it it never tastes the same. Very inconsistent. Service is hit or miss, some of the employees are very friendly and helpful, making for a great experience. Others are very rude and seems like they're bothered to be there doing their job.
