I was so excited to try 7brew and was let down. I ordered a flavored latte and the girl taking my order seemed antisocial and it appeared as if she was upset that I did not add a tip to my order. My coffee tasted awful. It tasted like regular brewed coffee and not resembling the espresso in a latte at all. :-(
I’ve noticed a recurring issue with urgency and professionalism at this location. During my visit today, two cars that arrived after me were helped before I was. The employee in my lane (glasses, black bow) spent time talking and showing her phone to a coworker who pulled up in her car instead of taking orders. This isn’t the first time I’ve seen an employee hand off the POS system to a visiting coworker and ignore the rest of the cars in their lane.
