UPDATED: After multiple good experiences here. The employee I initially had a problem with went above and beyond my expectations on my BirthDay. You are GREATLY appreciated, that was a particularly bad day for me, and it meant a lot to me!!

The staff is always friendly and professional and fast! We’ve never had any mistakes happen to our drinks and we’ve been coming here since it opened weekly. Fantastic service and the music they listen to is a vibe!
I guess light ice means extra ice. Whenever I used to come here, everyone used to be so friendly and ask me how I was just to have some small talk. Now, they take your order and whenever you are at the window, they are all just going back to their side conversations and then they hand you an order that is incorrect.
