Coffee is good. Staff is generally good other than getting the proper cars in the line in the order they came. Biggest COMPLIANT is the staff reports that corporate either does not order enough or does not send enough drinkable lids for Large drinks. This has happened not once, not twice, but over 5 times. Corporate, seriously how hard is this to get under control? This makes me want to switch back to Dunkin, Hilltop or The Chocolate Moose.

I've being buying coffee there since they opened. I went during the summer on my school bus and ordered directly every time from my bus window. Today I stopped again in my bus. In the side parking lot cause the school bus won't fit through the drive through. And I was right beside the door and a few employees even acknowledged I was there, but completely ignore me. Coffee is mid but my girlfriend likes it, and the setup is interesting and fun. Problem is that there are consistently long wait times due to excessive yapping amongst the staff. I've gotten coffee here several times and almost every time there is an unnecessary wait created by staff talking and not working, either amongst themselves or to their friends in the drive through. Yesterday I waited over fifteen minutes on two of the servers talking to their friend at the front of the line, wasting the time of at least seven cars ... read more
