The service is always good. The only problem I have is consistency. I was going to work today and I asked for a med strawberry brewchatta blondi and I was given pink milk with no coffee literally.
We love this place. The people know us by name and when asked for suggestions they always deliver bangers. I will never go back to the expensive “bucks” or “Dutch” this is the number one place for me and my family.
Ordered a cookie n cream milk shake that tasted like cookie flavored milk was very runny
I stopped on Grandview on Nov. 10 about 7:30am. I order a Blondie it had caramel at the bottom About 1/3 think., usually drizzled on the side disappointing. Also I order a latte Pecan Pie, The flavor had no pecan flavor. I was disappointed again. I hope they do better in the morning. If your busy please take your time and make the drinks the right way.
My wife and I came to this 7 brew to try out some new holiday drinks, to say we were disappointed is an understatement. There was no one there to take our order when we arrived, the workers were to worried about dancing around and joking with each other to make the drinks correctly.
