Ok so I’m extremely excited about trying this 7 brew as I’ve seen several post of these amazing drinks and can’t wait to experience one for myself. But sadly I got into the drive thru and there was no menu for you to look at you had to scan something to see it and my phones not set up to scan anything. Service used to be really fast at the Plainfield 7Brew. Ordering from the app does no good at all except you get points. Which you still get the same points when you order in line. I think this location needs to hire more employees. I’m wondering if they had employees quit after the brewdoh fiasco? Having only one person taking orders isn’t right. While I love my drinks from here, I would rather drive the extra 10 minutes to the Avon location. The service here is so slow!
