We pick seven brew over other coffee shops because they have a big menu it's delicious and cheaper than Starbucks. The only negative we have had is the music is so loud in the drive through you can't hear to give your order. I guess they can't turn it down cause of corporate.
the left lane was moving much faster than the right so i tried to switch over and they made me go back into my lane? at 11:30 AM on a Friday, its not exactly a rush period. No one took my order the entire time that I waited in line and the girls just sat outside on the ground, watching all of us wait??? it makes no sense. i was in my lane for over 10 minutes while the other lane was completely empty it's very very poor customer service and it's honestly just plain rude. it's also extremely inefficient and makes me feel like ... read more
