Always great service
I always get their shakes. They are COLD. Expect to get brain freeze from them. Flavors I've tried have always been great.
The WORST service experience of my LIFE today at about 3:50pm-4pm Today 3/27/25!!! I pulled up to the line on the interior, closer to the building, waiting to order. Usually, the employees are going around to cars and taking orders, but the line I was in was ignored this time. A few minutes passed, and I ask the gentleman something along the lines of, “Sir, my order hasn’t been taken yet.” What does he do? He goes to the car next to me in the other line.
