The drinks here, as they are at any 7 brew, are fantastic. The service however, is not. The service used to be good, with employees immediately taking your order and drinks being completed when you got to the front of the line. Now though, you will likely get ignored when you pull up and they frequently will get your drink order wrong and it’s at least a ten minute wait total with the slow order taking and not having drinks ready by the time you get to the front of the line.
me and best friend go here at least twice a week. the new workers needed some practice making the drinks taste the same. their system goes down sometimes but the workers are so dedicated to still serve you. they are all nice to us and the drinks are delicious. our favorite in town the drinks are now back to the regular taste
I came here on my birthday because they give you a birthday drink, or rather used to. Waited in line and the girl said you have to be in their system..pulled off as I couldn’t remember my log in information and I didnt want to hold up the line. Got back in the line to show my account but surprise! I was not in the system. She got the okay from the manager to give me the birthday free drink.
