Absolutely the worst experience ever. I stated clear as day I wanted an ICED caramel coffee with cream and sugar and the cashier looked at me and said so hot right. And I said no I want iced and she oh ok um hold on and when I got to the area to pick up the drinks I was handed a plain black coffee no cream no sugar no caramel nothing like what I order I handed it back and left. I don’t know how to be anymore clear than I already was. I will not be returning ever again
I usually have an amazing experience at this 7 Brew. However, that was not the case today. I went today around 7:15 pm and I ordered a drink for myself and a pup cup for my dog. A female employee gave me my drink and asked me what my dog’s name was, to which I responded. She then laughed and said, “lights on, no one’s home”, while looking at my dog.
