Absolute horrible service. You never know if they are going to take orders in order, so you never know how long you going to sit there no matter how many cars are there. You could be second in line in one line and they will let four other cars go in the other. It's absolutely ridiculous. I was second in line and still waited 20 minutes, before they even took my order, because the other line got to keep going. This has happened on several occasions. Good luck getting to work on time
Ordered a honeybun latte. Asked the order taker if the drink was very sweet because if so I would add an extra shot, she assures me they don’t add much sweetener. I pull up to pick up my drink and they hand me a glass of milk ?
My wife and I drove up to the Kokomo 7Brew. She recently visited the one in Valpo and said she loved it. The staff was friendly, so she wanted me to try it. While in line, we moved up two places and then a server came out to take our order. We said that we haven’t seen the menu yet. The server told us to go online and then walked away. We couldn’t pull the QR code, because the glare and damage to the cover of the monitors. My wife finally was able to find the menu, online. I've been to a lot of different locations but this one is pretty fantastic. Friendly service and then both my beloved husband and my drink came with a little extra love and we could definitely taste the difference. Wish we were closer so we could visit often but will absolutely be back when we drive thru these parts!
