Always quick in and out im less then 5mins. Workers are always friendly and give great suggestions on drinks.
Honestly, really disappointed with my experience today. I waited in line for almost an hour just to get my coffee. I had already placed an order online through Seven Brew so I could pick it up outside, but when I went to get it, I was told they weren’t accepting orders anymore even though they were still accepting orders when I placed mine. I ended up not getting my coffee OR the squishy toy that was supposed to come with my order. What made it even worse was that I couldn’t get any help from any of the workers. Went to this little coffee shop at 11:40 pm. Still open. The cashier at the drive through was awesome. Fully explained the menu. Offered (up sold) me a muffin top. Great conversationalist. Tons of flavors of coffees and other hot and cold drinks.
I went to the 7 Brew on Paredes line, and this past Sunday was the worst service experience I’ve ever had there. When I drove up, I asked the manager if they had a menu. He advised me to look it up on my phone. My phone wasn’t working at the time, so I asked if he had any recommendations.
